2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact, quote request and technical support forms:
• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, address, postal code, city, country. • Business data (depending on the form): company name, VAT/tax number, number of users or agents, monthly call volume, destination countries, features of interest. • The content of your message or inquiry.
We do not collect personal data through tracking or analytics cookies: this website currently does not use any third-party cookies or analytics tools that identify users.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
• Respond to your inquiries and requests for information. • Prepare and send personalized quotes. • Manage technical support requests. • Manage the business relationship should you become a customer.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by voluntarily submitting a form on the website, as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparing a quote) and the performance of the contract once the business relationship is established.
5. Recipients and data processors
Your data is processed internally by the VoIP Solutions team. To manage form submissions, we use an automation tool (n8n) hosted on our own infrastructure (n8n.voip-solutions.es).
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be disclosed to third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so.
6. Data retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and afterwards for the applicable legal limitation periods. If no business relationship is established, data from a one-off inquiry is kept for a reasonable period to allow follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification of inaccurate data, and, where applicable, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You also have the right to request restriction of or object to processing, and to data portability, in the cases provided for by applicable regulations.
You can exercise these rights by writing to info@voip-solutions.es, specifying the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to transmit data between your browser and our servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

This website only uses technical cookies necessary for it to function correctly. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are currently used.
